In stock means in our own warehouse
Every doll listed as in stock is in our own warehouse in Meppel, the Netherlands. It is not waiting at a supplier: it has been checked and is ready to ship. Check the stock status when choosing your model, as made-to-order models have a different lead time.
Order before 2 pm for dispatch that working day
Order an in-stock model before 2 pm Dutch local time on a working day and your parcel leaves our warehouse that day. Dispatch is not the same as delivery: the journey depends on the destination. Contact our team with questions about your particular order.
A plain box without our shop name
Your order travels in a neutral brown box with no logo, printing or description of its contents. Our shop name does not appear on the shipping label either. The outside does not reveal what you ordered, although a full-size doll is still a large, heavy parcel.
Track your parcel and manage delivery
Once your parcel is on its way, we email you a tracking number. Follow the shipment through UPS and check the available options to reschedule delivery or collect it at a UPS Access Point. Options depend on the shipment; not every collection point accepts every size or weight.
Delivery times and shipping costs
After dispatch, delivery usually takes one working day in the Netherlands and Belgium, two in Germany and France, and three to four elsewhere in Europe. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Shipping is free from €800 for euro orders. Prepare for a calm handover
Choose an address and delivery time where you can receive a large parcel. Keep the route indoors clear and arrange help if needed for the weight. Keep your tracking email and consider keeping the original box. Ask us before ordering if you have questions about packaging, delivery or your circumstances.
