The most asked question before an order is not about the product but about the packaging. We understand that, so here we explain exactly what happens from the moment you pay until the box stands in your hallway.
What is on the box
Nothing. The parcel is a plain brown box without print, without a logo and without any description of the contents. The shipping label shows a neutral sender without a shop name. The UPS driver only sees a large, heavy box; that it is heavy cannot be hidden, so bear that in mind when receiving it.
What is on your statement and invoice
You pay discreetly: your bank statement shows no product name and no shop name, only a neutral description. The invoice is sent by e-mail and names the model; if you would rather it did not, tell us when ordering and we will only list an item number.
How delivery works
In-stock models ordered before 2 pm on a working day leave the same day with UPS. In the Netherlands and Belgium you receive it the next working day, in Germany and France after two working days, elsewhere in Europe after three to four. You receive a tracking number and can reschedule delivery with UPS to another day or a pickup point. A 30 kilo doll is on the heavy side for a pickup point; home delivery at a time you choose is usually more convenient.
If you are not at home
UPS normally makes two delivery attempts and never leaves the parcel unattended. Delivery to a neighbour only happens if you allow it in the UPS app. If you choose a pickup point, bring someone along or a hand truck.
Which data we keep
We keep your name, address, e-mail address and order history for as long as the law requires for our accounts (seven years for invoice data). We use no third-party advertising pixels and do not sell data. If you want your account and data deleted, we arrange it within thirty days; only the invoice data must legally be kept. What you can do yourself
Have the parcel delivered on a day you are at home, keep a spot free where the box can go straight away, and keep the box for another two weeks: should you want to use your right of withdrawal, the original packaging is the safest way to return.
