Available payment methods
You can pay at Doll.shop with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna. Which methods you see depends on the country you select at checkout; for the Netherlands and Belgium we add Wero and Bancontact, for Germany the methods that are common there. All payments are processed by Mollie, a Dutch payment service provider supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank. We do not store any card or account details ourselves.
Discreet payment
You pay discreetly. Your bank or credit card statement shows no product name and no shop name, only a neutral description and the amount. You receive the invoice by email, and that does name the model. If you would prefer an invoice showing only an item number, let us know in the comments field when placing your order.
Secure checkout
The connection to our shop is encrypted (TLS). Payments run through Mollie’s secure environment; credit card payments use 3-D Secure, so your bank confirms the payment. We only receive confirmation that the payment was successful, never your full card details.
When is the amount charged?
With Wero, Bancontact and Apple Pay, immediately. With credit card and PayPal, your bank or PayPal reserves the amount when you order, and it is charged once we process the order. For a made-to-order model, you pay when placing the order; you will be notified as soon as the model is on its way.
Refunds
If you exercise your right of withdrawal or an order is cancelled, we refund the full amount, including any shipping costs you paid, using the same payment method. We do this no later than 14 days after we receive your return or you have shown that you have sent the product back. Read more under returns and right of withdrawal.
Prices
All prices on the site are in euros and include VAT. We always show the current price, without crossed-out list prices or artificial discounts. We offer a lowest price guarantee: if you find the same model cheaper at another European webshop, let us know before you order.
