Our product photographs are real
The photographs on our product pages show the actual models we sell. We do not generate them with AI or use AI to make products look better than they are. Always base your purchase on the photographs and specifications of your chosen model.
3D views are an AI-generated supplement
Some models have a separate interactive 3D view. We use AI to create these views to illustrate shape and proportions from different angles. Details can differ from the real product. The notice alongside the viewer explains this: a 3D view does not replace real product photographs.
Translations for our European customers
Our headquarters are in the Netherlands, with an office in Germany and experts for several other countries. We do not have a native-speaking product specialist in every market. AI helps us translate consistently, but translation errors remain possible. Please tell us about unclear wording so we can check and correct it.
Writing and code: checked by people
AI sometimes helps prepare a first draft of articles, other website content and code. Our own team reviews and corrects the result before publication. Product expertise and final responsibility remain ours. We do not publish unchecked AI-written content.
Illustrative images
Decorative images and article featured images may be created with AI. They illustrate a subject, rather than prove what a product looks like. They never replace the genuine photographs used to assess a product.
AI chat, with a team member always available
Since the end of September, an AI assistant has been answering the first questions in our chat. That way you get an instant answer to questions about models, shipping, payment and care. Would you rather chat with a real team member? You can do that at any time: in the chat, you switch straight to a colleague from our team.
We train the AI chat every day based on the questions asked the day before. More than 95% of messages are already answered quickly and satisfactorily. You can rate every chat message; we use those ratings as input to keep improving the answers. Our goal is for 99% of messages to be answered satisfactorily by the end of this year.
Our team members answer questions sent by email. Prices and stock come from our own records, not generated copy. Unsure about a detail in a translation or 3D view? Ask us before ordering.
