Our product photographs are real
The photographs on our product pages show the actual models we sell. We do not generate them with AI or use AI to make products look better than they are. Always base your purchase on the photographs and specifications of your chosen model.
3D views are an AI-generated supplement
Some models have a separate interactive 3D view. We use AI to create these views to illustrate shape and proportions from different angles. Details can differ from the real product. The notice alongside the viewer explains this: a 3D view does not replace real product photographs.
Translations for our European customers
Our headquarters are in the Netherlands, with an office in Germany and experts for several other countries. We do not have a native-speaking product specialist in every market. AI helps us translate consistently, but translation errors remain possible. Please tell us about unclear wording so we can check and correct it.
Writing and code: checked by people
AI sometimes helps prepare a first draft of articles, other website content and code. Our own team reviews and corrects the result before publication. Product expertise and final responsibility remain ours. We do not publish unchecked AI-written content.
Illustrative images
Decorative images and article featured images may be created with AI. They illustrate a subject, rather than prove what a product looks like. They never replace the genuine photographs used to assess a product.

Real team members answer our chat and email. There is no AI chatbot or automatic AI reply on our behalf. Prices and stock come from our own records, not generated copy. Unsure about a translation or a detail in a 3D view? Ask us before ordering.
