In a plain brown box without any print or description of the contents, with UPS and tracking. You pay discreetly: no product name appears on your statement. Our own staff pack in our warehouse; we do not drop-ship stock items.

Models in stock that you order on a working day before 2 pm are shipped the same day with UPS. The expected delivery time is 1 working day in the Netherlands and Belgium, 2 working days in Germany and France, and 3 to 4 working days elsewhere in Europe. We deliver on working days only and depend on the carrier; the expected delivery day is shown on the product page and in your track & trace.

Shipping is free from €800. Below that amount we calculate the shipping cost at checkout; it depends on the destination, the size and weight of the package and the shipping method chosen. You’ll always see the amount before you pay.

You have 14 days from the day of delivery. For hygiene reasons the right of withdrawal lapses once the doll’s seal has been broken. Return shipping is at your own expense: around € 85 for a doll and € 6.95 for accessories. The model withdrawal form is linked at the bottom of every page.

No, never. We only supply dolls with adult body proportions; our smallest full-size model is 156 cm. Dolls that are too small or have childlike features, dolls that imitate a real person and dolls that could be offensive or degrading are not part of our range and are not supplied to order either. This is fixed in our purchasing terms and in our agreements with manufacturers.

A 158 cm doll weighs around 30 kg, a 166 cm model around 37 kg. It feels heavier than you expect because the weight is distributed limply. If in doubt, choose a model under 32 kg and think ahead about a fixed place and storage.

All dolls are covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects. Report a problem via live chat or e-mail with a photo; in most cases we solve it with a repair kit or a replacement part. The full warranty terms are linked at the bottom of the page.

The models in this category are 156 to 172 cm tall and weigh 29 to 54 kg. The average is 161 cm and 35 kg. The lightest model is Firedoll Nova · 157 cm at 29 kg; if you plan to move the doll regularly, choose a model under 32 kg.

After every use with lukewarm water and a mild soap or cleaning spray, then dry thoroughly. Rinse a compact masturbator through and let it air-dry; for a torso with fixed openings use a drying rod. Powder TPE lightly afterwards, not silicone. Use only water-based lubricant.

At a minimum: a soap-free intimate wash, maintenance powder (TPE only) and water-based lubricant. Our Complete Care Set contains exactly these three. A stand prevents pressure marks during storage; wigs, eyes and separate heads are optional.
