Warranty conditions
You receive a 30-day guarantee on all manufacturing defects with the exception of wigs, eyelashes and artificial nails. The warranty includes the repair or (partial) replacement of the product. The warranty is void in the event of improper use or negligent maintenance, normal wear and tear or willful damage, negligence (water, fall and/or impact damage) or failure to observe or incorrectly observe the instructions for use. sex dolls are largely handmade, making each model truly unique. Minimal deviations in the production of a sex doll cannot be avoided.
Warranty & repair
Repair within the factory warranty
Sex dolls and torsos can be repaired free of charge if the damage is covered by the factory warranty. If your sex doll breaks within the warranty period and this is due to a manufacturing defect, the repair is completely free of charge. In the vast majority of cases, we will send you a repair kit so that you can use your sex doll again straight away. For more complex problems, please send us your sex doll and proof of purchase or invoice. Your sex doll will then be repaired by our repair service.
Repair outside the factory warranty
You can also have a sex doll repaired outside the warranty period provided by the manufacturer. However, you will have to pay for this yourself. Even if the defect in the sex doll is due to your own fault, we can offer you our help with the repair. In this case, we will be happy to provide you with a non-binding offer free of charge. On this basis, you can then decide for yourself whether you want a repair or not. Most (minor) repairs can be carried out by yourself without any problems. Product damaged on receipt
If your product was delivered damaged, we will of course cover the damage for you. In this case, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. You can help us by sending us some pictures of the damage for clarity. In this case, it is important that you do not use your sex doll, as otherwise your right to the guarantee will expire.
Complaints
It can always happen that something doesn’t go as planned. If you have any complaints, please contact us at any time using the contact form. You will receive a meaningful response from us no later than 14 days after submitting your complaint. If it is really not possible to resolve your complaint satisfactorily, you can report your concern to Stichting WebWinkelKeur.
