It may happen that you have purchased a product from us but have changed your mind. You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days (from the date of receipt of your order) without giving any reason. After canceling, you have a further fourteen days to return your product to us. Within 14 days of receipt, we will refund the purchase price without shipping costs.
There are a number of exceptions to the right of return. This applies to items that are excluded from return due to health regulations or other hygienic reasons (in accordance with Article 7, paragraph 1).
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- All sex toys, such as sex dolls, vibrators and dildos.
- Condoms
- Erotic outfits, such as cat suits, stockings and tights
- Wigs
- Lubricants, creams and tablets
Furthermore, custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal (in accordance with Article 7, paragraph 1).
Orders for sex dolls and robots that are not in stock and for which you can make changes to the appearance yourself, such as to the skin color, cannot be canceled or subsequently processed. These models are put together specifically according to your wishes. Doll.store is not responsible for incorrect information provided by you.
