It may happen that you have purchased a product from us but have changed your mind. You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days (from the date of receipt of your order) without giving any reason. After canceling, you have a further fourteen days to return your product to us. Within 14 days of receipt, we will refund the purchase price without shipping costs.

The cost of returning items to the online store is the responsibility of the buyer. For sex dolls, these costs are approximately €85 per package. If your package cannot be delivered, it will be sent to a pickup point or returned directly to us. If you do not pick up the package at the pickup point or if it is returned to us directly, we will need to charge you for the return shipping. This also applies if you refuse the package at the door. For sex dolls, this cost is €85, and for accessories, it is €6.95.

There are a number of exceptions to the right of return. This applies to items that are excluded from return due to health regulations or other hygienic reasons (in accordance with Article 7, paragraph 1).

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;

  • All sex toys, such as sex dolls, vibrators and dildos.
  • Condoms
  • Erotic outfits, such as cat suits, stockings and tights
  • Wigs
  • Lubricants, creams and tablets

Furthermore, custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal (in accordance with Article 7, paragraph 1).

Orders for sex dolls and robots that are not in stock and for which you can make changes to the appearance yourself, such as to the skin color, cannot be canceled or subsequently processed.
