We ship from our own warehouse in a plain brown box with no print or description of the contents, using UPS with tracking. Our own staff pack your order; stock items are never drop-shipped. No product name appears on your statement.

Models in stock that you order on a working day before 2 pm are shipped the same day with UPS. The expected delivery time is 1 working day in the Netherlands and Belgium, 2 working days in Germany and France, and 3 to 4 working days elsewhere in Europe. We deliver on working days only and depend on the carrier; the expected delivery day is shown on the product page and in your track & trace.

Shipping is free from 800 €. Below that amount we calculate the shipping cost at checkout; it depends on the destination, the size and weight of the package and the shipping method chosen. You'll always see the amount before you pay.

You have 14 days from the day of delivery. For hygiene reasons the right of withdrawal lapses once the doll's seal has been broken. Return shipping is at your own expense: around € 85 for a doll and € 6.95 for accessories. The model withdrawal form is linked at the bottom of every page.

No, never. We only supply dolls with adult body proportions; our smallest full-size model is 156 cm. Dolls that are too small or have childlike features, dolls that imitate a real person and dolls that could be offensive or degrading are not part of our range and are not supplied to order either. This is fixed in our purchasing terms and in our agreements with manufacturers.
