Why we don’t sell small sex dolls

In recent weeks, we have been receiving a remarkable number of questions about small sex dolls. Those questions are often about length, regulations and the appearance of certain models. That’s why we like to explain why you don’t see these types of dolls with us.

We draw a clear line

At Doll.shop we only sell sex dolls whose bodies we estimate to be 21+, with a minimum height of 156 cm. We choose a mature appearance, mature proportions and clear body types. If that maturity does not come across convincingly, we do not include the model. This keeps our range responsible and transparent.

Why we deliberately do not supply small models

1. Because we personally do not feel comfortable with it This is the most important reason for us. From the start of Doll.shop we have chosen not to sell small sex dolls. They do not fit with our values and not with how we as a team look at this product. Therefore, we have never offered these models, and we never will. 2. Prohibited in many European countries In almost all European countries, selling small and/or young-looking sex dolls is prohibited. In some countries, even possession is punishable. Legislation varies from country to country, but (fortunately) more and more countries are introducing similar regulations. We never supply products that are punishable in certain countries or cause problems with importation or possession.

How we judge whether a doll is mature enough

We never look at height alone. It’s mostly about proportions and anatomical features appropriate to an adult body. Among other things, we pay attention to:– ratio of waist, hips and chest– leg and arm length in relation to torso– shoulder width and bone structure– mature facial lines and facial features– overall physique and mass distributionWhen all the elements together look convincingly mature, we include a model in the range. We make this assessment manually and with care.

We too can be wrong

We assess each model carefully, but we remain human beings. Just like with real people, you can’t always judge exactly how mature the look is with a doll. Why adult dolls can sometimes appear younger

TPE and silicone naturally have smooth, flawless-looking skin. As a result, a doll can sometimes appear younger than intended in photographs. That says nothing about the age perception of the body; it is in the proportions and anatomy, not the skin texture.
