Anyone looking into sex dolls will soon come across a long list of possible options. From different skeletons to breast types, feet, heads and even electronic modules. However, not every option actually adds to the experience. Some choices make a doll more pleasurable and durable to use, while others mainly add cost or risk.

With stock models, you don’t have to put together all the options yourself: by default, you get the version we recommend based on experience, durability and realism. The product specifications for each model always state exactly which options are included and which are not, so that you know in advance where you stand.

Standing base and stand function

Every sex doll we supply comes standard with a base with stand function. This is not a luxury option, but a practical base that allows the doll to be positioned upright and easier to move. Without this option, we think the base is too fragile.

However, it is important to keep in mind that sex dolls are often top-heavy. Even with standing function, we recommend placing the doll lightly against a stable surface to prevent tipping.

If you want a doll to stand firmly and freely in the room without leaning against anything, an additional DutchDoll stand is recommended. This supports the weight optimally and ensures a stable and safe set-up, even in prolonged use.

Gel breasts: softer and more realistic

With many models, gel breasts are possible or even standard. Gel breasts are filled with a gel-like substance, making them feel softer than fully solid breasts.

Because of this construction, they move more realistically and approach the feeling of real breasts better. Where this can be technically applied, we supply gel breasts as standard because the difference in experience is immediately noticeable.

Skeleton options: standard, EVO and manual skeleton

The internal skeleton determines how a sex doll moves, poses and feels. A standard skeleton provides the basic functionality needed for the doll to sit, stand and lie down.

An EVO skeleton is a further development of this basic skeleton. It offers smoother joints, better stress distribution and a more natural posture. Especially at shoulders, hips and knees, you notice the difference in daily use. This is why we supply a skeleton upgrade or EVO skeleton as standard with many models.

In addition, more and more models are equipped with a hand skeleton. This allows fingers to be bent slightly and retain their shape better. This makes hands look less stiff and more realistic, especially when they are visible.

ROS head: jaw-skeleton for a natural mouth

An ROS head means that the head is equipped with an internal jaw-skeleton. This allows the mouth to actually open and close, creating a more natural appearance of the mouth area.

This type of head construction contributes to a more realistic overall appearance, especially in models where facial details are important. Among others AK Doll and DutchDoll’s 158 cm and 161 cm models are equipped with this as standard. The product specifications always clearly state whether a model has an ROS head.

No internal electronics

Some brands offer internal heating, vibration or other electronic modules. We deliberately choose not to provide these options.

Many of these electronic components are not or only partially CE and ROHS approved. In addition, they are difficult to repair and can pose risks if misused. They are also prone to failure and wear and tear.

For heating, we therefore recommend an electric blanket. It heats the entire doll evenly and safely, unlike internal modules that heat only a few areas.

Body makeup

Body makeup can provide additional details such as veins, subtle shadows and a more lifelike skin tone. This is a visual finish and does not affect the use of the doll.

Not every model has body makeup as standard. The product specifications state whether this finish is applied, so you can take this into account in advance.

Why no implanted hair and no pubic hair

We intentionally do not provide implanted head hair or pubic hair. Not because we do not want to offer these options, but because the current quality does not meet our quality standards.

In practice, implanted hair often proves less durable. It can fall out relatively quickly and loses its natural appearance after limited use. This is why we work exclusively with high-quality wigs.

Wigs usually look nicer, stay in good condition longer and are easy to change when you want. This offers more flexibility and more consistent quality in the long run.

Why you don’t have to choose with stock models

With stock models, you don’t have to check off individual options with us. We have already assembled these models with the configuration that works best in practice: standing foot, skeletal upgrade, gel breasts where possible, hand skeleton and stable head and jaw construction.

The product specifications for each model describe exactly what options are included. This way you avoid surprises and you can be sure that you will receive a thoughtfully put together doll.
