Custom models are produced especially for you. This requires more time than a stock model, but the process is tightly structured and largely automatic with us. This allows the supplier to get to work immediately after your order.

From order to production

Once you order a custom model, the order is automatically transferred to the supplier. No manual intermediate step is required. This prevents delays and ensures that production can start as soon as possible.

The production of a custom model takes an average of 2 to 4 weeks. During this period, the model is built according to the chosen specifications.

Transport to Europe

After completion of production, the custom model is prepared for transport to Europe. This transport usually takes 4 to 6 weeks.

This stage is the least visible because it involves international transport. This is also the reason why we always communicate a generous delivery time.

Last delivery

Once the package has arrived in Europe, final delivery to the delivery address follows. This usually takes another 1 to 2 business days.

Why we maintain 12 weeks

Overall, we have a maximum delivery time of 12 weeks for custom models. We do this deliberately, so that you are not informed too optimistically.

In practice, delivery is often faster than these 12 weeks, but we feel it is more important to set realistic expectations than to make promises that come under pressure.

Tracking and following your order

Once production is complete, you will receive the tracking number from us. At that time the tracking number is often not yet active, because the package is still outside the destination country.

However, you can already use this tracking number to set up a notification to UPS or the relevant carrier. Once the package arrives in the destination country, the tracking number becomes active and you will automatically receive updates.

In the final stage of delivery, you can track the package closely. Often it is then also possible to choose another delivery day through the carrier, should that be more convenient.

Summary

Custom models are made especially for you. Thanks to an automatic order process, production starts immediately. Count on an average of 2-3 weeks of production, 4-5 weeks of transportation and then 1-2 business days for delivery. We always communicate a maximum of 12 weeks, but in many cases delivery is earlier.
