Doll.store endeavors to deliver every order discreetly and quickly. We therefore use the following shipping methods.
Sex dolls in stock
Orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays will be dispatched on the same day. You will receive a tracking number from us by e-mail. The delivery time is then 1 to 3 working days.
Customized sex dolls
If you have a sex doll customized according to your wishes, we will ship it directly from the factory to your home with UPS. After approximately 2 weeks you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number for your UPS shipment. This number then becomes active a few days before the planned delivery. The total delivery time for such dolls is about 8 - 9 weeks.
Accessories for sex dolls
Small accessories are dispatched with the best possible delivery service, depending on the availability of the suppliers. We will usually send smaller accessories with PostNL. The estimated delivery time is indicated on the packaging of each product.
Discretion
At Doll.store we always pack your parcel extremely discreetly. We use brown tins to ship our sex dolls. You will not find any information about the contents of the can on the packaging you receive from us. The same type of cans are also used for shipping furniture and fitness equipment, for example.
We notice that many suppliers are much busier than usual at this time. This can lead to delays of a few days.
