Delivery times and delivery
Stock models are shipped quickly and efficiently from our own distribution centers in the Netherlands. Each package is checked via barcodes and quality checks and always packaged discreetly. Orders in stock are usually delivered within 1 to 4 business days, custom orders have an average delivery time of 8 to 12 weeks and become traceable once the package arrives in the country of delivery.
We always ship all sex dolls discreetly. The packaging is completely neutral and contains no information about the contents. The driver cannot see what is inside the box.
Delivery time in stock
If you order on weekdays before 2 p.m. and the model is in stock, your order will often be delivered the next business day. The exact delivery time may vary by carrier and destination.

Shipping from our own stock
All stock models are shipped from our own distribution centers in the Netherlands. We have two locations that collectively stock up to about 5,000 sex dolls. Because storage, control and shipping come together in one place, we can work very efficiently and process orders quickly.
For stock models, we never work with dropshipping. Each model is checked by us before shipment for quality, workmanship and completeness. Only then is the package prepared for shipment.
The entire process works with barcodes. Each package is scanned several times and checked automatically. This way we can be sure that the correct model is sent and that all quality controls have been passed.
Because the packaging and shipping are done entirely from our own control, we can guarantee that each package is sent 100% discreetly. The box is neutral and contains no information about the contents.
Tracking and delivery time
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. The carrier will then send email updates on delivery.
The carrier usually specifies an expected delivery day and time period. In practice, this may be deviated from. We have no influence on this.
UPS generally makes two delivery attempts. It is important that the address provided is correct and that the carrier can deliver the package. The customer himself is responsible for a correct delivery address and accessibility at the delivery time.
Also check your spam filter, as tracking emails sometimes end up there.
Custom orders
For custom orders, a longer delivery time applies. It is usually between 8 and 12 weeks.
Depending on the model chosen, a custom order is shipped directly from the supplier. Again, quality control takes place in advance so that the product meets our requirements before it goes on the road.
With customization, the tracking number becomes active only when the package arrives in the country of delivery. Until then, the status may be empty or inactive.
Pickup and non-home situations
Due to the size of the packaging, sex dolls cannot, in principle, be delivered to a pickup point.
In some situations, such as when you are not at home, UPS may temporarily redirect the package to the nearest UPS point. If this happens, you will be notified by the carrier.
