It is not waiting at a supplier: it has been checked and is ready to ship. Dispatch is not the same as delivery: the journey depends on the destination. Our shop name does not appear on the shipping label either. Follow the shipment through UPS and check the available options to reschedule delivery or collect it at a UPS Access Point.
